- Client contacted within thirty minute period.
- Attendance on site within four hour period.
- All personnel are qualified tradesmen (right person-right job).
- Each call-out will have completed maintenance sheet for time and materials breakdown .
- Managing client invoiced within ten days of job completion including attached copy of maintenance sheet.
- If required job specific photographic evidence can be requested in advance.
- All PMC tradesmen carry photographic ID.
- Monthly or quarterly feedback sessions with managing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and assess future requirements.
